Returns & Refunds — LARE

Every LARE piece is crafted with intention and packed with care. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason required. To exercise this right, simply contact us at info@lare.lt before the 14-day period expires.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item is unused and in its original condition
  • the item is returned in its original packaging
  • proof of purchase is provided

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of what makes it yours — these are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • used products
  • custom or personalised orders
  • gift cards
  • items damaged through improper handling after delivery
  • sealed goods unsealed after delivery where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description. We'll arrange a replacement, refund, or the most suitable resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service — LARE cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@lare.lt with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll guide you through the rest.
